Role Overview – Air Ticketing Manager

  • Manage domestic & international flight bookings
  • Handle ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and re-issuance
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
  • Resolve booking and ticketing-related queries efficiently
  • Ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day ticketing operations
  • Prior experience in air ticketing/travel industry preferred
