Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and sales-oriented Visa Telecaller & Immigration Counsellor who can convert inquiries into successful clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to close deals over phone calls as well as during face-to-face counselling.
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
- Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Work Permit, PR, and other visa services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
- Convert leads into paying clients through effective sales techniques.
- Conduct face-to-face counselling and close walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Update client records and CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation team after successful client onboarding.
