Immigration Telecaller / Immigration Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle leads related to immigration, overseas education, and visa consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining available services, scheduling consultations, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads.

Handle inbound enquiries related to immigration, visa, and overseas education services.

Understand clients' requirements, qualifications, and preferred destinations.

Explain the company's immigration and consultancy services clearly.

Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain lead records.

Schedule appointments with immigration consultants/counsellors.

Convert qualified leads into consultations and service bookings.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries.

Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams for smooth client handling.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, immigration, visa consultancy, or education consultancy preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can apply.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Strong persuasion, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
