Position: Tourist Visa Counsellor
Required Experience : Minimum 1 year
NOTE: Training of 5 days will also be provided.
We are looking for an experienced Tourist Visa Counsellor with hands on experience in Tourist Visa and client handling to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience handling Tourist visa applications and be confident in counselling clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling to clients regarding Tourist visa applications.
- Handle visa enquiries through calls and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about visa eligibility, documentation, and procedures.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and application steps.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding application status.
- Keep updated with changes in immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tourist Visa Counsellor.
- Must have experience handling Tourist Visa applications.
- Experience with countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, and other tourist destinations will be preferred.
- Good sales and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing directly with clients.
