Visa Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Visa Counselor to guide clients through the entire study, work, and tourist visa application process. You will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, recommending suitable visa options, and ensuring error-free documentation in full compliance with international immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client profiles, qualifications, and career goals to recommend appropriate visa types and destination countries.
• Provide end-to-end guidance on application procedures, required documentation, financial proofing, and embassy requirements.
• Review all submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance prior to submission.
• Draft SOPs (Statement of Purpose), cover letters, and relevant correspondence for visa applications.
• Prepare clients for embassy visa interviews through mock interview sessions.
• Track application statuses and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process.
• Stay updated on changing immigration policies, visa rules, and country-specific admission guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Visa Counselor or Study Abroad Consultant.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of visa processes for major destinations (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe).
• Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English, along with fluency in local languages.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and profile assessment capability.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
