JOB DESCRIPTION – VISA COUNSELLOR
Position: Visa Counsellor
Department: Visa & Immigration
Experience: 1+ year preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Clients ko visa options, eligibility, documentation aur application process ke baare mein proper counselling dena.
- Client ki profile assess karke suitable country aur visa category suggest karna.
- Student, Tourist, Work, PR/Immigration visa categories ki basic knowledge maintain karna.
- Clients ke documents check karna aur missing/incorrect documents ke baare mein guide karna.
- Visa applications ko accurately prepare aur process karna.
- Clients ke queries, follow-ups aur concerns ko professionally handle karna.
- Visa policies, requirements aur immigration updates ke according clients ko correct information provide karna.
- Sales team/telecaller ke saath coordinate karke leads ko convert karna.
- Daily follow-ups aur client records/CRM ko properly maintain karna.
- Application status aur further requirements ke regarding clients ko timely update dena.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Hindi, Punjabi & English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
- Sales-oriented approach with target achievement capability.
- Computer/CRM knowledge.
- Professional personality and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Immigration/visa consultancy experience preferred.
- Relevant visa categories aur documentation ka practical knowledge.
- Target-oriented aur responsible candidate.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000+ per month, depending on experience and performance.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.
