Assistant Facility Manager

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in Residential Facility Management

✅ Proven experience managing large residential(Apartment) communities (500–1000+ apartments/units)

✅ Experience in Premium / Luxury Residential Properties preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Electrical Systems
• DG Operations
• STP/WTP Operations
• Plumbing & Civil Maintenance
• Fire & Safety Systems
• Vendor Management
• Budget & Cost Control

✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills with Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) / Apartment Associations

✅ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management abilities

✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less preferred

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete facility operations and maintenance
• Manage maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Handle resident complaints and service requests
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners
• Monitor budgets, utility consumption, and cost optimization
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance across sites
• Submit operational and management reports
