Job Description
- Generate leads for personal loan products.
- Contact potential customers through calls and other channels.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates and required documents.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful applications.
- Coordinate with the bank/processing team for loan documentation and approval.
- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
