Front Office Sales Executive (Health Care)

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Front Office Sales Executive (Health Care) to manage patient interactions at the front desk and convert enquiries into confirmed treatment plans.

This role involves continuous patient interaction at the front desk; candidates with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills are preferred.

And this role requires strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills, along with a patient-friendly and ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend walk-in patients and enquiries in a professional manner
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, and benefits clearly to patients
• Counsel patients based on doctor recommendations and guide them towards suitable treatment plans
• Handle patient objections tactfully and convert enquiries into confirmed treatments
• Follow up with patients who have shown interest but not yet confirmed
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and billing team for smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and trust

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare sales / hospital front office / clinic counselling preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to explain medical or treatment-related information in simple terms
• Target-oriented mindset with ethical sales approach
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Experience

• 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or wellness centre sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹ 15000 to 22000 per month
