Compensation: ₹3.0 Lakhs – ₹4.2 Lakhs Per Annum (Fixed ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month) + Uncapped Monthly Performance Incentives

Job Overview: We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive (B2B Telesales) with exceptional English communication and negotiation skills to join our team in Sholinganallur, Chennai. In this role, you will interact directly with corporate clients, business owners, and IT/HR heads across India, qualifying leads, pitching our biometric hardware and API solutions, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation & Calling: Perform structured outbound calls and follow up on business leads across India.
- Pitching & Solution Selling: Present Cams Biometrics products, attendance systems, and API capabilities clearly to corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations, address client objections confidently, and drive end-to-end sales conversions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone and email, track lead stages, and update sales records accurately.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual revenue and conversion targets.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Communication Skills: Fluent and professional English communication is mandatory.
- Language Advantage: Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals over the phone with corporate clients.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B Telesales, Inside Sales, Corporate Tele-calling, or Tech Lead Generation.
- Location: Must reside in Chennai and be able to commute daily to our office in Sholinganallur (OMR).
