Job Description

We have an opening for HR Executive in Porur location-Males only

Experience: Atleast 3 year

Salary: Upto 30000 per month

Recruitment experience is mandatory

End-to-End Recruitment & HR Operations: Source, screen, and onboard top talent while managing daily HR activities smoothly.

• Payroll & Compensation: Administer monthly payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure timely compensation.

• Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring legal and policy compliance.

• Training & Appraisals: Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and periodic performance appraisals
