Job Description
• Client Needs Analysis: Evaluate individual or business financial status and risk exposures to recommend appropriate protection plans.
• Policy Sales & Recommendations: Present clear policy options, explain terms, conditions, and pricing, and convert prospects into active clients.
• Relationship & Lead Management: Build a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Claims & Renewal Support: Assist clients with filing and tracking insurance claims, manage policy renewals, and handle amendments or cancellations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records, follow industry laws, and ensure all insurance applications meet carrier and state/national standards.
