Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least Fresher or 1 Year experience to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee relations, and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and hire the candidate to Job Drives and placements
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address employee grievances promptly and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Conducting Induction Program
• Respond to employee queries related to HR matters.
• Support Onboarding processing and benefits administration as required.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year or Fresher level of relevant experience.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
