Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Freshers

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with clients/HR teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection and joining.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
• Prepare and share daily recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
