We're Hiring | Non-IT Recruiter – Bulk Hiring


Position: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Experience: Experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment preferred

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days Working


Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions

Source and screen candidates through various channels

Manage bulk hiring / mass recruitment

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Achieve hiring targets within timelines


Requirements:

Prior experience in Non-IT Recruitment

Strong experience in Bulk Hiring

Good communication and candidate-handling skills

Ability to work with recruitment targets


Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
