Job Description

*Job Responsibilities:*


* 📞 Handle calls from truck drivers/partners and resolve their queries.

* 💬 Assist drivers with FR8 app-related issues and processes.

* 🚛 Understand partner concerns and provide quick solutions.

* 🔄 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

* 🤝 Maintain a good relationship with truck drivers/partners.

* 📝 Record and follow up on unresolved queries until closure.


*Skills Required:*


* Good communication skills

* Problem-solving ability

* Patience and customer-handling skills

* Basic knowledge of mobile apps

* Tamil/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
