Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in PVC Pipes or relevant manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for in-process quality inspection, testing coordination, quality documentation, traceability, and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality inspections as per defined inspection plans and product specifications.
- Monitor production quality and identify non-conformities; coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production teams.
- Support laboratory testing as per applicable quality standards and ensure timely sample preparation and testing.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams for test results and maintain proper testing records.
- Maintain line inspection reports, test reports, quality records, and production traceability documents.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain quality data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate and support Third-Party Inspection (TPI) activities, including document submission, inspection support, and closure of observations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, safety procedures, and document-control practices.
- Coordinate proactively with Production, Laboratory, and Reporting Manager for quality-related activities.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Chemical, or relevant engineering discipline.
