Job Description

  • Contact existing customers regarding upcoming insurance policy renewals.
  • Handle renewal inquiries for Motor, Health, and Life Insurance policies.
  • Explain policy renewal details, premium amounts, coverage, and available options.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Assist customers with renewal documentation and required information.
  • Update customer details, renewal status, and follow-up records in the system.
  • Respond to customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
