Department: Manufacturing / Production
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical or a related discipline
Experience & Salary
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience and skill level
Job Responsibilities
1. Perform wiring, soldering and testing of components
2. Maintain quality standards, follow SOPs, and meet production targets
3. Follow safety guidelines and assist with basic maintenance activities
4. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Skills Required
1. Basic electrical knowledge and hands-on experience with circuits
2. Understanding of wiring, assembly, and soldering processes
3. Good teamwork and communication skills
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to production requirements
