Telecaller

We are looking for an empathetic yet results-driven Collection Telecaller to join our team. You will manage outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments, resolve payment-related queries, and help improve the company's cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact customers with overdue EMIs, loans, or bills to remind them of outstanding dues.
• Negotiation: Discuss financial situations politely and negotiate feasible repayment plans, settlements, or extensions.
• Query Resolution: Answer payment-related questions and guide customers on approved payment modes and digital channels.
• Data Management: Update CRM or collection software accurately with call outcomes, notes, and payment commitments.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly collection efficiency goals.
• Compliance: Follow all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines for ethical and fair debt collection practices

Requirements & Skills

• Education: High school diploma, 12th pass, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or debt collections (Banking/NBFC/BPO).
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and the local regional language.
• Soft Skills: High patience, active listening, negotiation abilities, and a polite yet firm demeanor.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software
