• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Explain company projects, properties, offers, pricing, and other details to customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers until the sales process is completed.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
