Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and understand their needs.
  • Guide customers to choose the best suitable product.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
