Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential customers through calls, messages, and emails
* Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients
* Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
* Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
* Maintain and update lead data in CRM
* Follow up with interested customers regularly
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads
* Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
* Ability to handle customer queries professionally
