Job Description

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead the Team: Hire, train, and motivate phone agents. Teach them how to pitch products and handle customer rejections.
  • Manage Campaigns: Plan who the team will call, update script templates, and make sure agents are using the phone systems correctly.
  • Track Results: Check daily numbers like how many calls were made, how many people answered, and how many sales were closed.
  • Review Quality: Listen to call recordings to ensure agents are being polite, accurate, and following company rules.
  • Share Reports: Write simple daily and weekly reports for upper management showing if the team hit their targets.
