Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Explain company products/services to customers.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
* Generate leads and convert them into sales.
* Follow up with interested customers regularly.
* Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
* Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
Requirements
* Any degree / diploma preferred.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication skills.
* Tamil and English communication preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work towards sales targets.
