Account Executive (Accounting)

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
• Handle vendor and customer accounts and perform ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS calculations and filings.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests.
• Organise, file and maintain physical and digital records of invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial documents. Ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval of accounting records
• Assist with monthly closing, audit schedules and statutory audit requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.s
• Work with accounting software such as Zoho Books and MS Excel.
