Job Description

  • Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, VAT/GST submissions, and other statutory reports.
  • Assist with internal and external financial audits.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee expense claims (if applicable).
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
