Job Description

Company Name: Sun Shipping Agency

Job Title: Import & Export Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and raise sales invoices in Tally.
  • Generate and manage E-Way Bills.
  • Monitor cargo booking operations and maintain booking records.
  • Coordinate with customers and the operations team regarding cargo movement.
  • Maintain proper documentation, billing records, and daily operational updates.
  • Ensure accurate invoice entries and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally and invoicing.
  • Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and management.
  • Understanding of cargo booking and logistics operations.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

Experience: Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.
