Job Description
- Project Execution: Execute interior fit-out works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Site Supervision: Supervise daily site activities, subcontractors and workers to ensure timely completion.
- Drawing Coordination: Read and interpret drawings, verify site dimensions and coordinate technical requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure workmanship and materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Material Management: Prepare material indents, monitor stock and coordinate timely material deliveries.
- Manpower Management: Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity and ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure PPE usage, safe working practices, housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, manpower records, site photographs and work completion updates.
- Quantity and Cost Control: Verify site measurements, monitor material wastage and report additional or variation works.
- Coordination and Handover: Coordinate with the Project Manager, client, PMC and subcontractors; ensure snag rectification and timely project handover.
