Job Role: Accounts Receivable Officer (ARO)
Location: Mogappair, Chennai

About the Role
We are looking for an ARO to handle customer payment follow-ups, bill collection, documentation, and invoice-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring timely payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding pending bills and payments.
- Maintain good rapport and professional relationships with customers.
- Collect pending bills/documents from customers through field visits when required.
- Raise red flags for delayed or unrecoverable payments and bills.
- Verify customer documents and payment-related details.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Generate and process invoices.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding payment and billing updates.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with customer follow-ups and field visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of documentation, billing and invoices.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
