Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the development of a robust HR infrastructure in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle all administrative and coordination tasks related to the center’s daily operations.

•Maintain and manage Excel sheets using advanced formulas such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, etc.

•Manage travel bookings – bus, train, and flight reservations for staff and faculty.

•Coordinate cab arrangements and travel logistics for team members and visiting faculty.

•Schedule and manage class timetables, hall bookings, and event arrangements.

•Maintain stock records of books, workbooks, and study materials.

•Assist in vendor coordination and procurement-related tasks.

•Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

•Ensure smooth internal communication between teams and departments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

•Knowledge of advanced Excel formulas (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, etc.).

•Excellent coordination and scheduling skills.

•Ability to handle travel management and bookings efficiently.

•Good communication and multitasking skills.

•Strong sense of responsibility and time management.

•Prior experience in administrative or operations roles preferred.

Qualification:

•Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce or Business Administration).

•Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admin or operations roles.

Work Timing: Mon – Sat (1.00pm –10.00 pm)
