Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Hire, screen, and license new insurance advisors and build a strong agent pipeline.
  • Training and Coaching: Conduct product training, joint field calls, and skill development to enhance agent productivity.
  • Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans for health insurance premiums and renewals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track activity metrics, review goals regularly, and create action plans for underperforming agents.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure all sales practices adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and regulatory standards.
  • Market Analysis: Research local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
