Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and field-oriented Liaison Coordinator Industrial Approvals to manage statutory approvals, government liaison activities, land-related documentation, and warehouse/property mapping for industrial land and warehouse development projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with government departments, handling land-related approvals, conducting field surveys, and maintaining accurate property and warehouse data. This is a field-intensive role, requiring frequent travel to government offices, project sites, industrial locations, warehouses, and interaction with government authorities, landowners, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government departments for statutory approvals, NOCs, permissions, and follow-ups.
• Manage land-related documentation and statutory paperwork.
• Conduct field visits, property verification, surveys, and warehouse/property mapping.
• Coordinate with government officials, landowners, and local stakeholders.
• Maintain approval records, reports, property data, and documentation.
• Track pending approvals and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct regular visits to government offices, industrial areas, project sites, and warehouses.
• Independently manage multiple field assignments, follow-ups, and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of government approval processes, land documentation, and statutory procedures.
• Experience in government liaison, statutory approvals, industrial real estate, field coordination, land documentation, or warehouse/property mapping.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Maps, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field assignments.
• Strong local knowledge of Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, and Vandalur and surrounding industrial areas will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Government Liaison, Statutory Approvals, Industrial Real Estate, Field Operations, Land Documentation, or Warehouse/Property Mapping.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Willing to travel up to approximately 350 km per week based on business requirements.
• Comfortable spending most of the working time in the field, at government offices, project sites, and warehouse locations.
• Must be comfortable travelling independently on their own two-wheeler.
• Candidates based in or around Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, or Vandalur will be preferred.
• Fluent Tamil and strong communication skills are mandatory.
