As part of the InstaHelp team, you will play a key role in building and expanding the service professional network by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating suitable women professionals in different locations.

Role: BDA – BTL Business Development Associate – BTL | Field Recruiter

We are looking for energetic and target-driven individuals who are comfortable working on the ground, meeting people, building relationships, and recruiting service professionals for the InstaHelp category.

• What You'll Do🎯 Drive service professional (PX) acquisition for the InstaHelp category.
• 👩‍💼 Identify and recruit suitable maids / home-help professionals through field sourcing.
• 📍 Conduct daily field visits, BTL activities, local outreach, and community-level sourcing.
• 🤝 Approach potential professionals, explain the opportunity, and generate interest.
• 📋 Screen candidates based on eligibility and category requirements.
• 📱 Support candidates through the registration and onboarding process.
• 🚀 Ensure recruited professionals complete onboarding and become active on the platform.
• 🗺️ Take ownership of assigned locations and build a strong professional network.
• 📈 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and activation targets.
• 💡 Explore new sourcing channels such as residential communities, local networks, referrals, and other on-ground sources.
• 🤝 Build long-term relationships with service professionals and support them during the onboarding journey.
• 📊 Track field activities, leads, recruitment, onboarding, and activation performance.
