The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
- Ability to analyze logs and trace data flows across distributed systems.
- Good understanding of application lifecycle management and support processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
