Job Description
- Handle daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain car detailing services, packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, interior cleaning, etc.
- Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Upsell premium detailing packages and additional services.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor Target vs Achievement.
- Develop new B2B and corporate customer opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
