Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, onboard, and manage manpower supply partners for our delivery and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing new vendor partnerships, ensuring manpower availability, monitoring vendor performance, and coordinating day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new manpower vendors, staffing agencies, and business partners to meet workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing manpower vendors and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Source and onboard vendors capable of providing Delivery Executives (Bikers), Van Delivery Associates, and Warehouse Associates.
• Visit potential vendors, understand their capabilities, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate the vendor onboarding process.
• Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements, vacancies, and deployment timelines.
• Ensure vendors fulfil manpower requirements within agreed timelines and maintain adequate workforce availability.
• Monitor daily attendance, staff deployment, absenteeism, attrition, and manpower shortages.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure selected candidates report for duty and complete onboarding formalities.
• Track vendor-wise manpower availability, productivity, service quality, and performance against agreed targets.
• Resolve day-to-day vendor and operational issues through regular coordination with operations teams.
• Maintain vendor databases, recruitment trackers, performance reports, and daily MIS.
• Support manpower planning during peak seasons and festive periods.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand the network of reliable manpower supply partners.
