Job Description

We are hiring Chinese Chef

Location: Thiruporur, Chennai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹26,000–₹28,000 Take-Home per month

Working Hours: 9 Hours per shift

Working Days: 26 Days per month

Job Description:

  • Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
  • Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and service.
  • Maintain and safely operate kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy hours.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Chef.
  • Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to handle a busy/high-volume kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Thiruporur, Chennai.
