Job Description
Hiring: South Indian CDPRestaurant: That Curry Shop
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Experience: 4–8 years in South Indian cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Manage the assigned section and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Handle mise en place and ensure timely preparation during service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cleanliness of the section.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Relevant experience in restaurants/hotels/QSRs.
- Good kitchen discipline and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
