Collection Team Leader

Job Description:

We are hiring a Collection Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and field collection executives. The role involves driving collection targets, improving team performance, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage telecalling and field collection teams
• Allocate daily/monthly collection targets
• Monitor calls, field visits, and recovery progress
• Ensure follow-ups and timely closure of cases
• Handle escalations and customer issues
• Motivate and train team members
• Prepare daily MIS and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections or recovery operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MIS reporting)
• Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset
