• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Candidates only from Tamil Nadu
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labor productivity and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Check material quality and maintain stock records.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors.
• Assist in site measurements, quality checks, and inspections.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–4 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai if required.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage labor and monitor site progress.
• Understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
