Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction and site development activities.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Check the quality of materials and construction work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site supervisors.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain daily site reports and work records.
  • Ensure proper usage of materials and control wastage.
  • Follow safety rules and maintain site discipline.
  • Inspect land development works, roads, drainage, and other infrastructure as required.
