Technical Lead - MES Domain Specialization

Job Summary
The Technical Lead for MES Domain Specialization plays a critical role in managing technology within projects, ensuring effective implementation of solutions, and providing expert guidance to enhance team performance. This position is essential in driving best practices and strategic technical decisions that align with organizational objectives, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the assigned modules. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Mes Applications And Systems Integration, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Development Team.
2. Develop And Enhance The Technical Capabilities Of Team Members By Conducting Regular Training Sessions And Workshops On Mes Software Tools And Technologies, Leading To Increased Productivity And Skill Advancement.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Best Packages And Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports Addressing Project Risks And Exposure, Facilitating Proactive Management Of Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Technical Issues.Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Mes Applications And Systems Architecture With A Solid Understanding Of Data Flows And Integration Processes.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Best Practices In Software Development Lifecycle And Coding Standards Relevant To Mes Domain.
3. Strong Analytical Skills To Evaluate Technical Alternatives And Risks, Providing Sound Recommendations For Project Strategies.
4. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications In Mes-Related Technologies (E.G., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation Factorytalk).
2. Certification In Project Management (E.G., Pmp, Prince2) Is Advantageous.
