Job Description

Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.

Understand customer requirements and provide information about laboratory/testing services.

  • Prepare and share quotations and service details with clients.
  • Coordinate sample collection, sample submission and testing schedules.
  • Follow up with the laboratory team regarding test status and reports.
  • Communicate report completion and delivery to customers.
  • Maintain customer records, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical and field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new customer acquisition.
