CRM & Repeat Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe CRM & Repeat Sales Executive is responsible for generating repeat sales from existing customers by promoting IFB descaler, fluff detergent, accessories, water filters, and other consumable products through phone calls, WhatsApp, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain and update customer database.
• Contact existing customers regularly.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Repeat Sales Activities:

• Promote IFB Descaler, Fluff Detergent, Dishwasher Additives, Water Filters, Stands, Covers, and Accessories.
• Identify customers due for repeat purchases.
• Follow up on previous purchases.
• Convert inquiries into sales order

Telecalling & WhatsApp Marketing:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers.
• Send promotional offers through WhatsApp.
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
• Inform customers about seasonal offers and discounts.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet monthly repeat sales targets.
• Track conversion rates and sales performance.
• Generate additional revenue from existing customers.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily call reports.
• Update CRM records.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge.
