Sr. Customer Relationship Executive

2.  Phone Interactions, whatsapp Engagement with customers – Across Pan India locations.

3.  Smart & Fluent Confident customer talking skills required .

4.  Experience in convincing Corporate customers, Star hotels & Resorts, Industrial MNC would be required. Smart Candidate and knowing how to engage in High Profile Customers essential .

5.  Prepare Quotations in MS-Word, Excel, pdf and Computer website/online Registration proficiency . Good writing and typing skills is added advantage.  

6. Good Computer & Online searching Skills are Preferred and important. Good computer proficiency is must

7. Good English speaking is must for all candidates, additional languages – Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, etc would be helpful. 

8. People with high acumen to take ownership of work, willing to take higher responsibility and Growth, are preferred.

9. Disciplined, hardworking & Smart Working are only preferred for selection.

10. Good and Professional working environment with employee care and considerations.

11. Experience minimum 1+ year are preferred.

12. Salary with Performance Incentives for Performing Candidate.

13. Open to Both Male & Female candidates. Office timing 9.30 am – 7.00 pm Monday-Saturday . 

14. Staff staying with 5 – 7 kms distance would be preferred.
