Job Description

Hiring – Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Experience: 1–3 Years(Freshers can also apply)

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree/PG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up.
  • Update customer details and interactions in CRM.
  • Collect customer feedback and support customer retention.

  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
