Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Perungudi, Chennai location. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, understanding their queries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
• Provide accurate and appropriate solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with customers.
• Handle customer objections and concerns efficiently.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
• Maintain productivity and service quality as per organizational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Degree.
• Candidates with academic backlogs can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be fluent in Tamil /Telugu/ Kannada .
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
