Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Communication Archive Specialist to manage our business communications and digital records. Your primary responsibility will be securely backing up, exporting, and organizing text, media, and contact data from WhatsApp Business into our central databases or spreadsheets. You will ensure that no critical customer information or chat history is lost and that all records are accurately entered and easy to access.
