Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
  2. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  3. Collect customer information and update records accurately.
  4. Enter and maintain customer details in Excel/Google Sheets/company software.
  5. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries.
  6. Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
  7. Coordinate with the sales/HR team for further follow-up.
  8. Ensure all data is entered correctly and kept confidential.
  9. Achieve daily/weekly calling and data-entry targets.

Skills Required:

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  3. Good typing and data-entry skills.
  4. Tamil communication is required; English/Hindi/Malayalam will be an added advantage.
  5. Freshers can apply.
  6. Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
